child protection will be handled with the utmost confidentiality, shared only
with those who need to know, and following legal requirements.

All staff and
volunteers will adhere to a strict code of conduct, including:

misconstrued or interpreted as inappropriate.
- Not engaging in any physical,
emotional, or verbal abuse.
Recruitment and Training
ORLI
International Academy will implement thorough recruitment processes, including
background checks, to ensure that all staff and volunteers working with
children are suitable for their roles. Regular training on child protection
issues will be provided to enhance awareness and competence.
Reporting Procedures
Anyone concerned about a child's safety or well-being must report it immediately
to the designated Child Protection Officer. The academy will then follow
established procedures for reporting to relevant authorities and taking
appropriate action.
Review and Revision
This policy
will be reviewed annually and updated as necessary to reflect changes in
legislation, best practices, or the academy’s operations.
Communication
This Child
Protection Policy will be communicated to all staff, volunteers, parents, and
stakeholders to ensure a shared understanding of the commitment to child
protection at ORLI International Academy.
Compliance
All staff and
volunteers are expected to comply with this Child Protection Policy. Failure to
adhere to the policy may result in disciplinary action, including termination
of employment or volunteer service.
Consequences
Upon discovery
or receiving any report related to Child protection, a detailed investigation
will be carried out.
Depending on
the outcome of the investigation or degree of the offense, punishments varying
from a written warning, Suspension of Salary, Dismissal, and/or handing over the
staff to security agencies may be considered.
